Join Sara for a class that combines the stories behind the yin yoga poses we'll practice. A class that combines yin yoga and mythology into a restful masterclass. The focus of our practice will be the goddess Durga - often referred to as the Warrior Goddess. Class begins and finishes with guided pranayama. *LIVESTREAM option also available, if you can't join us live, we'll send the recording.
Cancellation Policy
Please note this is a series offering, should you miss a class, a recording will be emailed to you upon request with access for 7 days. Credits and refunds are not available for missed classes. For masterclasses and workshops - 72 hours cancellation period applies to receive a credit towards another masterclass or workshop. For trainings 14 days notice is required for 75% refund.
