Frequently Asked Questions
I'm Pregnant. Can I start yoga?
Our pre-natal yoga classes are suitable for absolute beginners, and because they're gentle you're welcome to start at ANY time - prior to 12 weeks is fine. Pregnancy classes can be started at ANY time during your pregnancy and it's safe and adviseable to practice all the way up until your baby arrives. If you were not doing yoga prior to your pregnancy, we do not recommend starting a general yoga or flow class during your pregnancy.
