YOGA FOR PREGNANCY, BIRTH + BABY
Yoga for pregnancy, birth and baby is at the heart of Bloom Yoga.
Pre + Post natal teachers at Bloom are specially trained to cater for pregnant women and new mothers in the first year after birth and beyond. Our pregnancy and post-natal yoga classes have been offered in Perth's Northern Suburbs since 2009.
The practice of mindful breathing, movement and relaxation
are of immense benefit for both mother and baby; these skills are not only helpful during pregnancy, they also filter into labour and birth, while helping to ease the transition into life as a new mother.
Yoga for Active Birth is an opportunity to educate and empower parents and partners
on how to plan and prepare for the process of labour using yoga:
breath and visualisation, mindfulness, movement and postures.
Mum + Baby Yoga provides a pathway for returning to or even beginning a yoga practice
following the birth of your baby.
This gentle practice connects mums to their new body and your new baby in a safe and supported space.
