A VISION FOR BIRTH
It's important to plan and prepare for your labour and birth, the same way you would for any other major life event.  It's also a great way to start to educate your self about the choices you have for where and how you labour, as well as a good way to start a discussion with your birth partner, midwife or care provider.  It's provided in a WORD template so that you can personalize your preferences, it's a good idea to keep it to one single sided A4 page.
