Meditation is an integral part of yoga; providing a space for contemplation and stillness away from the busyness of our daily lives.
Sitting in stillness can seem daunting, overwhelming or perhaps difficult to do. Learning how to meditate is not about stopping your thoughts, but learning how to watch them. This series provides a framework for beginners to learn meditation.
Taught by an experienced practitioner and yoga teacher, beginners through the basics of meditation + mindfulness practices using the breath as the foundation. Learn how to meditate on your own; gradually building skills, techniques and confidence over the course of this 5 week series.
All equipment is provided and no prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
