Roll + Release
A workshop exploring the benefits of Myofascial release, a concept also referred to as self-massage or trigger point release.
It's a technique that involves applying gently sustained pressure to connective tissue throughout the body with a rolling tool. Discover self-care techniques that you can use to relieve aches, pains and improve mobility ON YOUR OWN. No yoga experience required.
We'll focus on releasing different parts of the body:
